The Estimator liaises with the client and contractors to collate quotes and calculate how much a project will cost. They are responsible for negotiating the best combination of quality, time and cost.
The Project Manager ensures the project progresses smoothly as per the agreed schedule. They liaise with the client and other parties, checking work is safe, on time and on budget.
The Project Administrator performs the critical checks and balances. Their job is to aid the Project Manager.
The Site Contact communicates with the PM and contractors on site, to ensure safe work standards are adhered to as per SWMS and the project is completed as per the site schedule, in accordance with Belso’s standards.
Belsõ coordinates all contractors to ensure the same high standards in delivery. We’ve built strong, reliable relationships with trusted contractors who understand the standards we pursue for our clients.
