Project Manager

The Project Manager ensures the project progresses smoothly as per the agreed schedule. They liaise with the client and other parties, checking work is safe, to specification and working in accordance to our IMS.

Project Administrator

The Project Administrator performs the critical checks and balances. Their job is to coordinate with the Project Manager, in accordance with our IMS.

Site Contact

The Site Contact communicates with the PM and contractors on site, to ensure safe work standards are adhered to as per SWMS and the project is completed as per the site schedule, in accordance with Belso’s standards.

We are loving the new renovation now that it’s finished

We are loving the new renovation (it’s absolutely beautiful) now that it’s finished. We would also like to mention how great the builders were who did the work, not only did they do a great job but they treated our home as if it were their own and went out of their way to keep things clean and protect the carpet etc. Despite the fact it is a big impact to have your house a work site for two weeks, they were really lovely and did their best to get things done as quickly as possible which Greg and I very much appreciated.
