The Project Manager ensures the project progresses smoothly as per the agreed schedule. They liaise with the client and other parties, checking work is safe, to specification and working in accordance to our IMS.
The Project Administrator performs the critical checks and balances. Their job is to coordinate with the Project Manager, in accordance with our IMS.
The Site Contact communicates with the PM and contractors on site, to ensure safe work standards are adhered to as per SWMS and the project is completed as per the site schedule, in accordance with Belso’s standards.
